Terms of Service

LeadCredit Pro provides software that helps Google Local Services Ads advertisers audit the quality of the leads they receive, document outcomes, and track any credits Google issues. The service is provided by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] ("we", "us").

What we do not do.We do not control Google's credit decisions and we do not guarantee refunds, credits, or any specific financial outcome. Google operates its own credit and refund process; LeadCredit Pro provides analysis and documentation to help you understand it.

• You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract.
• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You will notify us promptly at security@leadcreditpro.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. The current plan is US$99/month per organization, with a 14-day free trial that begins when you start a subscription.
• You may cancel any time from the Stripe Billing Portal accessed under Settings - Billing. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues through the end of the current paid period.
• Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable. We do not pro-rate partial months.
• We may change pricing or plan structure with at least 30 days' notice by email and in-product. Changes apply at your next renewal.
• Failed payments enter a dunning cycle managed by Stripe. After repeated failures the subscription is canceled and access ends.

You agree not to:

• upload data you are not authorized to upload, including lead data belonging to other advertisers;
• use the service to send unsolicited communications to leads (the service is not a marketing-automation tool and we do not provide that capability);
• attempt to circumvent tenant isolation, rate limits, billing, or any other security or access control;
• reverse engineer the service except to the extent the law expressly permits;
• use the service in violation of Google's policies or any applicable law, including consumer-protection, privacy, and anti-spam law.

You retain ownership of the data you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, encrypt, decrypt, and display that data solely to provide the service to you. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Each party will protect the other's confidential information using at least the same degree of care it uses to protect its own, and not less than a reasonable degree of care. The obligation survives termination.

We work to keep the service available, but we do not promise specific uptime in these terms. We may add, change, or remove features at any time. Where a change is materially adverse, we will give reasonable notice.

You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting support@leadcreditpro.com to delete your organization. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these terms or if continued service is unlawful, with notice where reasonably practical. Upon termination, the rights granted to you here end and we will erase your data per the retention schedule in the Privacy Policy.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or will meet your specific requirements. We do not warrant any specific outcome from Google's credit or refund process.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total cumulative liability arising out of or relating to these terms or the service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim or (b) one hundred US dollars.

You will defend and indemnify us against any third-party claim arising from your data, your use of the service in violation of these terms or applicable law, or your violation of a third party's rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [GOVERNING STATE, default Delaware], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the state and federal courts located in [VENUE COUNTY, STATE]. Each party waives any right to a jury trial.

We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is material we will notify you by email and in-product at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
