We audit every Local Services Ads charge and flag the spam, the duplicates, the wrong-area calls and the wrong-service calls. For the leads Google can still credit, we build the evidence package. You file. We track every dollar.

How it works
01 / Upload
CSV export or a direct Google Ads connection. Uploads are capped at 10 MB and parsed in the background; a connected account syncs your Local Services leads on its own.
02 / Classify
Duplicates, wrong service, out of area, spam keywords, incomplete contact. Every flag has a reason code you can audit.
03 / Report
Wasted spend, qualified leads, top reasons, by-service breakdown. Share a read-only link or export to PDF.
Credit requests
No promises. No automated submissions. Just a clean evidence package, the right dispute reason, and a tracker so you actually know what Google credits and what they do not.
Every charged lead is screened against your service area, your job types and your spam patterns. The waste is all surfaced; the leads Google can still credit, spam, duplicates and wrong business, are marked as credit candidates.
One PDF per lead. The charge, the contact, the reason it was flagged, and the exact feedback reason to pick when you rate the lead in Google. Ready to attach in under a minute.
You submit inside Google's Local Services Ads tools. You record what they decided. We keep a running win-rate and credited-dollars number you can show your owner.
What we will never do
Send anything to Google without your click. Promise a specific credit outcome. Change, pause, or optimize your campaigns and budgets. The credit decision belongs to Google. Our job is to make your case airtight and easy to file.

Built for
Classification rules adapt to your offered services, your service-area tokens, and your spam keyword list. Add a token, re-import, see the numbers move.
Filter out generic furnace questions. Catch repeat callers across phone and email.
Flag drain-clog calls outside your service zone. Track which suburbs convert.
Separate panel-upgrade leads from price-shoppers. Document every credit issued.
Spot wrong-service calls during storm spikes. Watch waste-per-day, not per-month.

FAQ
No. Google decides every credit. We give you the documentation and the lead-quality picture you need to ask. Whether they grant a credit is between you and Google.
Phone numbers and email addresses are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. We also store a one-way HMAC hash for matching. Decryption happens only when an authorized user opens the lead in your dashboard.
Both paths are available today: Local Services Ads CSV exports, and a direct Google Ads connection you set up in Settings → Integrations. Once an account is connected, we sync its Local Services leads for you. Google still decides every credit.
You invite teammates as either an owner or a member. Every action they take writes to a per-organization audit log.
Yes, from the billing portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation, then deleted.
Google removed it in mid-2024. Today you open Rate this lead on a charged lead and choose Dissatisfied, which opens Google's Lead Feedback Survey (support.google.com/localservices/answer/15100654). The flow is the same whether you knew the program as Google Guaranteed or Local Services Ads. We build the evidence you paste in and track what Google decides.
30 days from when the lead arrives. That is why the worktray sorts by days left and flags charged leads before the window closes. Google decides whether a rated lead earns a credit and when it is applied; its policy page has the current details (support.google.com/localservices/answer/15100654).
Google charges when a lead matches your job types and service area, and its spam screening misses plenty. Google's automated review already looks at every charged lead within about 72 hours of the charge. Rating the lead through Rate this lead is what asks for a second look, which is why we surface spam the day it lands instead of at the end of the month.
Google documents Rate this lead as the intended way to record lead quality and publishes no ranking penalty for using it. Rating honestly is how Google's automated system hears which of your leads were invalid.
Google does not issue refunds. It issues automated lead credits to your ad balance when a rated lead meets its current policy. We document each charged lead, flag the ones worth rating, and track every credit Google decides to issue.
Google decides through its automated review of invalid or low-quality leads, and its policy page states that job-type and service-area mismatches are no longer credited. You can still flag spam, duplicates, and wrong-business leads through Rate this lead; we document every one either way. See Google's policy: support.google.com/localservices/answer/15100654.
